Located on the Freedom Trail, the Union Oyster House is the oldest restaurant in Boston and the oldest restaurant in continuous service in the U.S. — the doors have always been open to diners since 1826.

Open seven days a week:
Sunday–Thursday 11 am – 9:30 pm
Friday and Saturday 11 am – 10 pm
The Union Bar is open ‘til Midnight.

DIRECTIONS / PARKING
We are accessible by public transportation and car. We offer validated parking for the Parcel #7 Garage.

RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation for 1–6 people:

Reserve a Table

If your reservation is for 7–25 people we ask that you call our Dining Room Manager between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at (617) 227-2750.

We do not accept reservations for parties of any size by e-mail.


MEETINGS AND FUNCTIONS
Please click here for information about holding your meeting or function in our private function rooms, or for a group of 20+ with a set menu. We can accommodate groups ranging in size from 20 to 100 people.

Please Note: Your inquiry DOES NOT guarantee a reservation for your large group or function.

ACCOUNTING
Contact our accounting department for a copy of your receipt or a question on your charge transaction.
Be sure to include the following:

• Date of transaction
• Type of charge (AX, MC, Visa, other)
• Last 4 numbers on card
• Expiration date of card
• Amount in question
• If you need an itemized receipt, signed slip or both
